Truck crashes into Grand Haven Meijer; 1 injured – WZZM13.com

GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — One person was injured when a pickup truck crashed into the Grand Haven Meijer Thursday.

Police say the crash happened just before noon. A 62-year-old Grand Haven man was backing out of a parking space when he unintentionally accelerated into the building.

The main entrance of the building sustained structural damage and one customer was struck. The customer received minor injuries and refused care at the scene. 

This incident remains under investigation.
