COLONIE – A Latham man strolling on a ramp to the Latham visitors circle Sunday night was struck and killed by a pickup truck, police said.
Randall Schanz, 32, of Latham, died from his accidents On the scene, police said.

Police recognized the truck’s driver as Spencer Daley, 28, of Watervliet. Daley was unhurt, stopped and referred to as 911, police said.
